Who We Serve

Kinsera Advocates is built for families and professionals navigating the challenges of aging and complex care.

For families with aging parents

Guidance for families navigating the evolving needs of an aging parent. Care needs are assessed, resources are coordinated, and a thoughtful plan is developed to support safety, independence, and long-term well-being.

For care-planning solutions

Comprehensive care planning designed around current needs, potential risks, and future changes. Services and resources are coordinated into a clear, personalized plan that helps families make informed decisions with greater confidence.

For long distance caregiving support

Trusted local support for families caring for a loved one from a distance. Services, appointments, and providers are coordinated while families receive consistent communication, oversight, and reassurance from wherever they are.

For dementia care coordination

Specialized coordination for individuals living with dementia and the families who support them. Changing needs are anticipated, providers and resources are connected, and care is organized to promote consistency, safety, and person-centered support.

For complex healthcare management

Coordinated support for individuals managing multiple providers, medications, services, appointments, and care transitions. Gaps in care are identified and addressed to create greater clarity, continuity, and support across the healthcare journey.

For professionals supporting the aging adult

Collaborative care management that complements the work of healthcare and community professionals. Coordination, communication, advocacy, and follow-through help ensure aging adults receive connected, comprehensive support beyond the scope of any single provider.

Legal & Financial

Care rarely lives in a medical bubble.
We help families keep the legal, financial,
and administrative pieces aligned with the care plan.

Power of Attorney & Advance Directives

We make sure your POA, living will, and healthcare proxy are known, accessible, and honored by providers.

Estate & Trust Coordination

We work alongside your attorneys to keep care plans aligned with your estate, trust, and long-term wishes.

Attorney & Fiduciary Liaison

We serve as a communication bridge between your family, care team, and legal representatives.

Insurance & Benefits Paperwork

We organize coverage details, claims, and benefit documentation so nothing is overlooked.

Important: We are not attorneys, estate planners, or financial advisors. We do not provide legal advice. We simply coordinate with your chosen legal and financial professionals so your care plan stays consistent with your documents and wishes.
